About us
medicalvalues is a German medical software company building AI-supported diagnostics for laboratories and hospitals. Our modular platform sits on top of existing LIS, LIMS and hospital systems and connects the dots along the diagnostic pathway: it standardises and enriches diagnostic data (LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10/11), applies validated medical knowledge and hybrid AI algorithms, and delivers step-by-step diagnostic suggestions.
We build white-box AI, not black boxes. Every suggestion is explainable and traceable back to the underlying rule, reference range or guideline, and our medical content is developed together with laboratory medicine experts. Because the platform is FHIR- and HL7-based with open APIs, it adds to your existing infrastructure instead of replacing it.
Our modules cover the entire diagnostic workflow: Order Intelligence for intelligent, assisted lab ordering, Diagnostic Intelligence for clinical decision support and automated validation, Report Intelligence for AI-based reports, Lab Intelligence as a modular LIS, and Open Device Integration for device connectivity. We integrate our modules along the workflow that already exists and make every suggestion, value and report clickable in place to be as efficient as possible. As a certified medical device manufacturer we work to ISO 13485 and CE-mark our software under the EU MDR.
