Janne Cadamuro is Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Head of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at University Hospital Salzburg, Paracelsus Medical University, where he also serves as the Medical Directorate's Officer for Artificial Intelligence. His research focuses on the extra-analytical phases of the total testing process, laboratory demand management and the application of AI in laboratory diagnostics. He chairs the EFLM Working Group Preanalytical Phase and founded the Extra-analytical Phase section of the Austrian Society of Laboratory Medicine (ÖGLMKC). He is Conference President of the D4 Summit 2026.
